A very exciting approach to treating #medicaltrauma in a Covid 19 patient. This rarely discussed cause of trauma is of utmost relevance not only because of the Covid 19 pandemic.

This cohort study found that cognitive decline began 14 years before psychosis onset, and was faster in schizophrenia than other psychotic disorders, resulting in loss of about 16 IQ points in schizophrenia and 9 IQ points in other psychotic disorders. ja.ma/3yobzaq
