Still a raw talent in a midfield, but has some traits that make scouts focus on him. Clean first touch, keeps effective body angle when receiving the ball in midfield and offers support consistently. He at times tries too hard to move the ball and moves too much.

Clubs go beyond traditional talent markets recently and recruit players directly, rather than waiting for them to be ready-made. CL clubs’ direct recruits from Central and Eastern Europe, and Balkan countries are no surprise at all.

Been watching Abdourahman Badamosi today. He is an emerging name at Paide Linnameeskond in Estonia. Dynamic attacker. Fox like movement in the box. Still 18 yo.

From a club service employee to a scouting coordinator at one of Europe’s top-70 football clubs. In three years, young, talented scout Julian Lörinczi has risen through creativity, determination, and passion for football and talent scouting. A true example to follow.

Doucouré’s mainly a CB, right? But watching him as a 6 vs Marseille… really neat in tight spaces, good body prep, crisp pivot passing. Looked like a proper DM with vision. Low-key impressive.

New players added to my database. Casper is fun to watch for me. Intention to drive forward. Quick turn and one twos. But still in development. Profile wise interesting.

He doesn’t hesitate to play safe passing options, showing composure and clarity. Going forward, he’ll need to add disguised vertical passes into the striker that lead directly to goal-scoring opportunities.

This is why I have been watching Superliga Serbia. Young emerging quality talents are coming up, especially at Partizan. Vukotic and Ognjen Ugrešić are my favourites. Outside this table, many more young talents are making waves there. Interesting league.

Finally got to watch Luka Vuskovic. Leader. Defensively solid. Capable of carrying the ball from deep. Well played.

Amar Memic is always fun to watch. Tiny but speedy and quick on the ball. Sneaks in front of the defender and whips in a nasty cross. Everytime I watch Viktoria Plzen, he looks consistent.
