Pregnancy weight gain is hard. My favourite workouts are considered too strenuous for being pregnant and the shit I am allowed to do like going for walks just scares me cuz it’s so icy out 😅

Suicide comes from deep pain, agony, and despair where one knows no other way but to end their own life. The idea that it's selfish creates so much stigma. We need to stop judging and start understanding how people get to this emotional rock bottom.

My takeaways from the pandemic is that 1. We need Free Universal Healthcare 2. We need universal basic income 3. We need rent/ home price stabilization Things could have panned out so much better if we had these things already in place.
