I just had an awful telephone customer service experience with Ring doorbell. The C/S rep could barely speak English, and they simply could not interpret what I needed. It was a very simple issue to understand. Ugh...another outsourced customer (dis)service debacle.

Another hour-long customer (dis)service online chat to resolve a situation that should have taken 5-10 minutes. Had to repeatedly request acceleration to a manager. Is this ever going to get any better, or will we continue to devolve into outsourcing and AI "solutions?"

I'm going to go on Amazon and send a couple of "time out" chairs to Washington DC....
