Poor show from British Airways. Outward journey to Orlando cancelled and had to fly from Edinburgh to London City then on to Heathrow. Returned to Gatwick at 06.21 and sat for 4 hrs a departure gate told flight full at 10.30 am.

No seats for 17 passengers. No BA rep came to explain why or how we are getting home #stressedout#exhausted#starving

Update. Been told no BA reps at Gatwick. Now being bused to Heathrow. Told we are booked on the 21.55 flight and there will be a British Airways rep available. Not all 17 getting a seat.#poorshow#poorcustomerservice.
