She's never gonna finish A Tale of Two Kingdoms at this rate.

Lume gives a sympathetic glance at Kala. Her family originated from Menagerie and is thus one of the more, normal families of mistral—her nerd tendencies aside. So she understands this.

But! Lume hangs around with her team mainly because they make her life fun and interesting, so therefore she has no complaints.

“Psst. You seem to be hanging around your new chameleon friend a lot lately.” Smug grin. “Falling for her yet?” 𝓡𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒆.

"Part of her charm." cue the eyeroll

“Rouge seems to be hanging around our new chameleon friend a lot lately.” She ponders out loud.

"Nope; she is cute." Lume commented. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘥𝘴 𝘐'𝘮 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦... she thought. judging from her friend and teammate's expression and tone Rouge almost seemed..infatuated. and -that- says a lot.

Coughs. she's just watching her team bicker with each other in the background.

"...Soo if we nicknamed him Dutchman and he somehow gets himself shot out of a cannon or some other form of being airborne..would that make him a Flying Dutchman?"

“A lot of the upper class here in Mistral are gonna be celebrating today..” She’s glancing over a newspaper article on her scroll.
