The NHS claims DIY is unsafe, but then also says that the NHS should no longer do any form of monitoring on trans patients. Which therefore makes it the same as DIY. Am I getting that right?

A year ago that UN was reporting that trans rights hsould be respected, 2 weeks ago it said that the Cass report/denial of healthcare is a good thing. Now they're saying EHRC is totally fine despite it consistently advising the public to break equality law
