Sometimes the hardest words to say are the most important. While 74% feel comfortable discussing mental health, only 45% would talk about suicidal thoughts. By having more open conversations, we give people the chance to express how they feel and get the support they need.

Our volunteers were delighted to visit The Bedford College Group's Central Beds College🌈 campus in Dunstable today for the college's Wellbeing Fair. It's always a pleasure to talk to such engaged and polite students about mental health and the support Samaritans offers. Thank you for inviting us!
