The thing about mental health is that it’s ever-moving. Constantly in flux, changing, adapting. It’s everything and nothing at the same time. So some days you feel in distress for no discernible reason and other days you feel great without any cause. It’s a wild ride.

Feeling sad is a natural part of the human experience. It's okay to acknowledge and sit with your emotions, but remember that they don't define you.

People don't see the full journey. They usually just see the end result. But we all know that mental health is a process. It's something we take a day at a time.
