Thinking about it, quitting smoking with vaping was both easier and more enjoyable than sailing around the world, smoking.

Behold the UK teen nicotine vaping "epidemic." Note: "more than once a week" does not imply "addiction." Daily use might, but that's much lower. If you have a magnifying glass, you can see teen vaping doubled from 2020-2023. But doubling a tiny number = another tiny number.

Sadly, we agree. We looked and looked. Out of 114 million adults who vape nicotine worldwide, you'd we could find at least ONE popcorn lung victim. Nope. We failed. Can't find any. Not one. None. So our grant support dried up and we all lost our jobs. :-(

Yes. US adult use of deadly cigarettes has dropped below 10% for the first time in 100 years. According to Goldman Sachs and the Federal Trade Commission, US cigarette sales are now dropping >5% per year, FAR faster than historical trends from 1965-2020.
