Friday case- 82yo pt, recurrence of PAF after 21 y post AF and flutter ablation (only fluoro, no 3D map) performed by Mauricio Scanavacca and Sosa in 2003 (InCor HCFMUSP). Map after so many years: small recon of the RIPV. CTI line maintained with bidirectional block. Impressive.
