I demand to know who measured the #socialdistancingparkrun route ready for today, where’s John Armstrong and his wheel from Birkenhead parkrun 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏾‍♂️ 🚶🏼‍♀️ 🚶🏻‍♂️🐶 when you need him? It was also good to see the 2m rule we’ll adhered to👍

Plain and simple but I think it's a message which is just as valid for many adults who don't appear to think these rules designed to protect everyone apply to them, might make them think?

I don’t get people driving somewhere to go for a walk, the usually quiet lanes were busy with lots of parked cars but the fields were quiet as normal. I #wearpinkforhol and even managed to find a bit of mud👍

Four the last 4 weeks I’ve prioritised #stayingsafe over staying fit as I felt the lanes were too busy. 1st run back today in the rain & it was much quieter, I don’t know how far I ran or for how long as I’ve not worn my Garmin or any watch for 4 weeks either but good to be out👍

I simply cannot express the admiration, pride and love I have for this beautiful and remarkable Lady that I’m lucky enough to call my Wife. Today is a good day and I’ll be clapping especially hard on Thursday for the #NHS for taking care of her #staysafe xx
