This is ridiculous! How are we supposed to say this exam was fairly provided when its 3 and half hours of waiting for the system to work! #passeveryone202

American Board of Surgery May you please comment on the vetting process of our proctors? Did they have a criminal background check? Are they located in our respective states? How do we know we are safe a few years down the line? American Board of Surgery

American Board of Surgery My proctor had me download a second app that my Mac identified as possible malware but the proctor told me to open it anyway. I’ve heard the same from others. Is this an issue to worry about?

Tashinga Musonza, MD American Board of Surgery Guys honestly this sounds like a class action lawsuit. Husband is a lawyer. If they got access to your personal info or computer he said it is data breach majorly. Would install antiviral software and reboot computer. Also would document everything. (Per husband.)

Watching the #VirtualQE fiasco unfold has been horrifying. American Board of Surgery had months to prepare for this or find alternative solutions. Examinees spent that time studying, often while moving cross country, in the midst of an unprecedented, incredibly stressful pandemic. (1/4)

The new generation of surgeons must invoke change. High stakes standardized tests aren’t good measure of training. While its not fair to ask new grads to boycott exam, others should refuse to give the CE, refuse to write questions for QE. We need change. google.com/amp/s/www.busi…

When an adolescent psychiatrist interviews parents of Black boys, he comes away with similar narratives — a story in which normative behavior is characterized with behaviors classically associated with common diagnoses are misattributed.
