Fun little day trip to Anglesey yesterday with Mike Richardson - visiting Penmon, White Beach, fish + chips for lunch, and a drink in the 15th century inn The Bull’s Head Inn in Beaumaris 🥰


Had such a fun sunny weekend in Anglesey with Mike Richardson. We walked a lot - along the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path from Nant Bychan to Red Wharf Bay yesterday, and today a walk through Newborough Forest to Llanddwyn Beach. Walked about 20 miles in total. Gorgeous weekend 😍


Absolutely thrilled to try chef Ryan Stafford’s Great British Menu 2024 dishes at Fold Bistro in Marple Bridge with Mike Richardson last night - what a wonderful evening ❤️



Really enjoyed the preview dinner event for Tender by Niall Keating at Stock Exchange Hotel. The space looks great, and Niall has a good vision for the restaurant. It opens on 5th June


Absolutely can’t wait for this - it will be my fourth year judging at World Steak Challenge WorldSteakChallenge, and my second year heading to Amsterdam to do it. Roll on September!


Skof, Manchester by Tom Barnes hasn’t even officially opened yet, but the preview dinner was absolutely fantastic. Creative, confident cooking, with friendly, relaxed yet attentive service. Really impressive. Thank you Lucy Noone Blake for inviting me and Mike Richardson🍴

Had so much fun helping to judge the best steaks in the world at WorldSteakChallenge in Amsterdam this week. My fourth year of judging, and my first year as a panel chair. Four amazing rounds covering fillet, sirloin, ribeye + Wagyu steaks - a perfect couple of days 🥩


New York for Mike Richardson’s 40th birthday was incredible… meals at 3* Le Bernardin, 1* Cote Korean Steakhouse, Katz's Delicatessen, and a ton of walking around the city. Plus ice hockey - New York Rangers vs Ottawa Senators MSG 😍
