أقر مجلس النواب مشروع تعديل قانون التقاعد الموحد رقم 9 لعام 2014 الذي قدمته Government of Iraq - الحكومة العراقية ، والذي يهدف إلى تحسين الواقع المعيشي للمتقاعدين والاستفادة من الدرجات الناتجة عن حركة الملاك لتعيين الكفاءات والقدرات العراقية الشابة.
