The mean reduction was 19.5% with highest dose, which is less that the typical 25% reduction with antibodies. Thus far, it seems oral PCSK9i do not seem as potent as the antibodies in lowering LDL-C, so I would expect a lesser effect on Lp(a) lowering in concert.
