I’m writing about my Uber experience: I had my cam equipment with me, I accidentally left 2 things valued at $3150.. as soon as I shut the door my driver drove off and went offline and I noticed some things missing on my person... I called and no connection.....(part1)

(Part2) After I reached out to Uber I filed a police report and tried to get the officer to use the support site that Uber tells you to hand over to them to proceed with investigation. I have surveillance footage also of me getting IN the drivers car with my things. ...

(Part3) when I tried to get a refund for my trip .. a measly $33 .. I was denied by the at-home representatives that Uber uses. They transferred me 8 times , I represented the same concerns 8 times. I asked for a supervisor and no luck..the driver took $3150 and got away with it
