Had the shittiest experience at Apple Doncaster store! Neither their tech genius staff nor the Apple Support helped me find the IMEI number of my lost phone. Instead pressured me to buy a new one. What’s the whole point of Apple Care and so many xyz services they offer? 🤷🏻‍♀️
