Yesterday I reached a point in my career where I asked myself ‘why did I bother’ to be told by a patient’s relative that she won’t accept diagnosis and management of her son by me who’s “just an ACP” but would accept the exact same information from my Dr colleague 😕

Received some amazing news about a patient we attended alongside Keith, Helimed54 EMICS and East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust on behalf of EMAS Community Response Team , goes to show that basic first aid teaching and good teamwork can make a massive difference to our patients.
