Hi Heathrow Airport, luggage left behind in Munich by Lufthansa when flying into LHR this afternoon. No way to report it delayed. Have rung Lufthansa and rung Global Baggage Solutions, no luck. The entire plane is in the same situation as we left without any baggage loaded.

STILL no word from Lufthansa or Munich Airport. No acknowledgement they’ve even lost the bags full of my baby’s things. Terrible service. How can they be so inefficient, it’s painful!
