Very excited to see our work published today @naturegenetics! Big thanks again to Fanny Reiter Alexander Stark StarkLab! We built the deep learning model DeepSTARR to predict enhancer activity from DNA sequence, learn cis-regulatory rules and design synthetic enhancers.
