In 1431, Joan of Arc was put on trial and burnt at the stake in the city of Rouen. 25 years later, a 2nd trial reviewed the case against her and declared Joan innocent. The proceedings of both trials have now been digitised as part of our Medieval and Renaissance Women Project!

It’s Kids in Museums #TakeoverDay ! Today we’re welcoming a handful of kids from Haworth Primary to join us at the Parsonage. They’ll get the chance to greet visitors, lead object handling, work in the shop and spend time in the library with our curators. They even get a rota!
