FYI, I’ve been pregnant, and I had a baby. He was in fact at birth 8lb 13oz, or around 4.5kg. Could I do that? No. But I had SPD, I felt constantly like my arse was splitting, but can women drop, twerk and pick up huge weights, whilst pregnant. Aye. Women do what women do
