You spend all this time and money on expensive trainers who make you dribble around cones …. Forever. Then.. one day.. it’s game time. You have a terrible game… Why? The cone moved.

Dear fake basketball trainer, How do I know you’re fake? I been watching. I been listening. I know you’re fake because I do this everyday. I don’t say the things you say. I don’t teach the things you teach. Stop stealing the kids money.

When your fake trainer comes to your HS games … Watches the game … Then tells you your HS coach doesn’t know what he’s doing … it’s the HS coaches fault… not yours. All he’s doing is securing his own bag. Stay woke.

Things your fake trainer does that annoy me.. They all: 1) Overcomplicate everything 2) Take videos of u on their phone 3) Only count your reps for u 4) Don't educate you 5) Plan workouts "on the fly" 6) Like when u are sore 7) Don't log progress 8) My way or it's wrong

Why don’t we hire all the “fact checkers” and maybe create a program where they can tell the public the facts every night? Maybe we can call it “News” or something? Nah.. it’ll never work. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

If your trainer isn’t “noticeably” and “exponentially” accelerating your growth…. You got the wrong trainer. The terms noticeably and exponentially are rules to play by not added benefits.
