This Wed Social Hiking closes down. When I first walked Trailwalker UK in 2013 I used SH to track us and post tweets/photos to a live map. SH promoted this and so through the 24hr event we had people across the globe making contact. It gave us such a boost. Thank you Phil for all

Just over 3 months until the launch of the first every British Down Syndrome Swimming Championships being held on 19-20th November at the K2 Centre, Crawley, sponsored by The Powerday Foundation and keltbray. Here is an update from Neil Lacey, Team Manger at DownSyndromeSwimmingGB on the event progress.
Day two at the DownSyndromeSwimmingGB Championships is underway with the amazing Liz Johnson providing commentary. A big shout out also for the very many brilliant volunteers and supporters who have helped make this happen πππ

What an incredible event the DownSyndromeSwimmingGB British Championships was this weekend. 10 world records were broken across the weekend. But perhaps more than that to see such joy from the swimmers was so wonderful to see. Bring on 2024
