Very disappointed with an experience I just had with Delta customer service. Called in to get a baggage refund from a Hawaiian Airlines flight that was booked through Delta for connecting flight DL6789 from LIH to HNL and then HNL to MSP on 12/17/22. Rude and not refunding.
