i’m curious... which one is it, do we believe that so long as the author tags it’s up to us to curate what content we see OR are we now saying that authors should never tag and wanting to curate what we see must somehow be a moral judgement

meanwhile, if only there was some sort of website that had some sort of system that allowed authors and readers to develop easy access to shared interests and dislikes. if only there was some sort of archive created to help authors and readers curate what they write and read

most fic writers are just some guy. we can’t possibly make writing fic a tenet of our personality, especially not when readers can find 20 of us in any fandom for any ship for any dynamic
