Following NIH’s 2014 mandate to include both sexes in research studies #neuro has increased the ratio of studies looking at BOTH sexes (yay!) HOWEVER, as of 2020 only 5% of neuro rodent studies included sex as a statistical variable 🤔 #SfN2022 Annaliese Beery
