Spent a lovely Valentine's Day touching up our LMS' interface. 😄 The goal is to make it warmer/more welcoming for students. Does it work?

Practical tips to make the remote classroom come alive! XP from a (free!) online bootcamp with a 80% completion rate. 🔥 (From a kickass instructor, who turns out to be an equally awesome course co-designer ❤️)

Our LMS is "officially" out! And I got to flex my video-making muscles. 😅 Super happy and excited about what lies ahead. It's an additional step toward making our dream school come true. 🥰

1 week to finish the bootcamp I have been designing for the past months. I can't imagine the feeling of waking up and not having a deadline looming over. Will there be enchanting music? Birds flying around? Maybe Attenborough commenting on my resting rituals? I can't wait. 😬

Is there any habit building app you'd recommend students? (I am currently testing a couple, but no insights yet.)

Just spent a lovely meeting talking pedagogy & gamification with a student doing a project for a non-profit. I miss interacting with passionate learners everyday. ❤️

Started tutoring a student who struggles w/ problem solving. Realising that: - his representations are not entirely accurate, which makes it difficult to identify which procedures are possible - ambiguity in language prevent him from conjuring the right representations 💡

The last bootcamp I co-designed started last week! After one week, the students told their instructor that it was *intense* but they were getting way more than they expected, on a human level. ❤️ I shouldn't get so emotionally invested, BUT I AM SO EXCITED ._.
