The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2022 brought into force, as of 31.01 2022 s3 of the DAA 2022, which makes provision that children are included as victims of DA if they see or hear, or experience its effects on a relative legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2022/73/c…
