NYC is part of my DNA, and I am so proud to be working w/ such a selfless and proactive group of fellow med students to help out my hometown!

To be clear: Unconscious bias training is not the answer. We’ve already tried that. Non-Black people discovering their biases against Black people without doing the work of anti-racism is still harmful to our bodies and maintains the status quo. Anti-racism training please!🗣
