Well that's Ofsted done! I have no respect for anyone choosing to be an inspector - sitting in a 2 hour meeting waiting for a 1 word judgement is just cruel. Also the system is unfair for inclusive, schools with high levels of disadvantage and special needs. Change well overdue.
