.Ellie Sugden I missed this one - I was in the AAC workshop. I need a clone! Is there a published paper for this?
Welcome Shelley Velleman to twitter! It will be amazing talking to you :-)
Calling all #slpeeps! If you’re experienced and confident in differentiating speech sound disorders – we’d love to hear from you for a research project investigating diagnostic reliability. Happy Speech Pathology Week #SPweek all #slpeeps Speech Pathology Australia! I've had great fun celebrating with my clients this week and it's not over yet! ✔ colouring competition ✔ making bubbles ✔making Lego creations ✔ barriers games. It's all about Communicating with Confidence!
Happy Speech Pathology Week #SPweek! Speech Pathology Australia! It's served as a reminder to reflect with clients/ families about how far each person has come! Now those with #apraxia are speaking clearer, they are more confident expressing themselves! What a privilege to be a #slpeeps
Thanks for sharing Sarah Masso! It sounds like a wonderful opportunity for #slp2b speech pathology students.
Thanks for presenting our #apraxia #intensive QI project Lauren Osborne! First time presenter! Thanks for the photo Dr Tricia McCabe (she/her) [email protected]! It would have been great to be there #SPAconf too but it's great we can do clinical and research! @RemarkableSpeech believe #PBE is so important.
Morphology trumps phonology. Language & Learning is explaining that it's better to teach words in chunks based on morphemes, rather than splitting them into syllables, so children can master the reading/spelling AND the comprehension. #SPAconf
Congratulations Professor Emma Power on the award of Fellowship of Speech Pathology Australia!
So wise Professor Emma Power #SPAconf - it makes sense we all want great support including written and visual information, practice and feedback when learning a new skill! Thanks Dr Liss (Melissa Brunner) for sharing :-)
