I make mistakes all the time just like the next person, but for a month solid I haven’t felt the crippling anxiety that comes with “failing” ... I think I’ve finally cracked the code.

It’s been such a slow process over the years but the relief I feel from anxiety and depression is something my 13 year old self never thought would happen, atleast not completely. I thought I’d always feel just a little sad nmw. But wow coping mechanisms for the win.
