Hello! I’m elizabeth, and I’m a member of the skyline writing center! This is my first #wcchat and I’m excited to be here :)

A2: I think that I always need to be open minded and welcoming of different perspectives and issues, & be cognizant of how others are affected as well #wcchat

A4: I think that we need to address these issues head on, + continually have discussions with all of our peer consultants in our writing center. We want to continue to promote equity in our school + community #wcchat

A5: I haven’t experienced this in our writing center, but I think listening is key when trying to understand a new point of view + trying to work together towards a common goal. Sharing vulnerabilities is also extremely important #wcchat

Here’s a bit of our skytime lesson from today! We did an activity with different levels of sharing vulnerability, and got the chance to talk about past writing experiences. We’re so excited to experience what’s to come this school year with this team!
