@andrewzceltic This is a bug on iPhones/Ipods - we will push through a fix ASAP but until then the only workaround is using an Ipad.

@verrlara At the moment Chromebooks only work with our Livescribe PDF format, which is generated by Echo and Livescribe 3 pens only - sorry!

@thecrowsdream Hi Hector, Livescribe notebooks are compatible with all pens so you're fine there. You will need new ink refills, however.
