One of my volunteers has cleared slightly further down the coast but this is some of his results-shocking. We are now on 500 bags for this year bearing in mind year end 2024 was 526 - a marked increase.

Local public car park - covered in rubbish. So many UK car parks and streets are now like this. The decline in basic local council maintenance is really noticeable - especially since the Covid era. We are paying increased council tax bills for a shoddy public service provisions.

Yesterday's kayak on Pittsburgh's Pine Creek was mostly fun & games... Removed softballs, golf balls, & a croquet mallet🤷‍♂️in addition to digging out this old traffic cone that was nearly completely buried in the mud
