Exactly! When Endgame was the end of their grand story. When that was over, they needed to bring up a NEW bad guy as the main threat. Personally I like Dr. Doom. Genius, leader of a country, master of science and sorcery. He's like the Moriarty of the Marvel Universe.

When worldcon banned me in 2018 the SJWs tried this narrative 'it's cuz he said he was going to record!' when I sued the convention for libel.
