Why Are Teachers So Tired All The Time? 😴 Research shows we make about 1,500 decisions a day! The constant requirement to ‘be on’ becomes DRAINING to our brains and bodies. It is called ‘Decision Fatigue’. This explains a lot!!

When you're no longer on the floor, you lose touch with what teaching has become and what staff are going through and having to deal with!
