The Southgate Summer Reading Challenge will run from June 6th- August 8th and is open to all incoming students K-8. The library will be open for several days this summer so students can check out books. Please see the attached fliers to learn details and for library hours.

We were a recipient of the KY Book Festival Grant! Thanks to this program, Author Susan Mills came to Southgate and spoke to K-3 students about writing and finding an outlet for stress and anxiety. Each student received a signed book! Thanks to KY Humanities for the opportunity!

Each year KySTE is excited to fund #EdTech projects in our schools through the KySTE Outreach Grant funded by our vendor partners! This year we were able to give out 8 grants to various schools. Shoutout to Southgate Public Schools for receiving one the grants.
