One of the coaches at Lion’s Den New Orleans suggested I work a little bit more on my cardio. Guess Im throwing in a few thousand more steps into my morning workouts.
Asked one of the trainers at Lion’s Den New Orleans to help me work on my submissions... I didn’t go exactly how I planned.
While it wasn’t my goal while training at Lion’s Den New Orleans, I’m very proud of how good I’m looking these days.
