The Senate budget bill (BBB) carves out a special exception to the Wind PTC phase-out, but only for massive 1+GW projects built partly on federal land. This reeks of a handout for the Chokecherry Wind project. Pure crony capitalism. OUTRAGEOUS. REMOVE THE EXCEPTION. WindAction
