I'm always shocked when FINS / HLS companies use insecure methods such as using a SSN as an Account Number. #wexhealth

I've been out of non-social content creation for a minute, what is everyone using these days for website/blogs? Context, I've posting mini-content into my internal #SE slack channels but would like to start keeping a better, more persistent history of it. #solutions #blog

My financial advisor said that when the market is in the gutter she weeds her garden because she knows she can at least control that. My new coping mechanism is a $5 bubble machine. I sit on my porch and watch waves of bubbles streaming from a toy shark.

Nicely sums up the root cause of feeling "stupid" as an #SE or consultant. For me, it's encouraging to know that others also try & fail until they find something that works. Love how this points out that failing is an important part of the process. #solutions #consulting

This week in creepy marketing offers... Topgolf emails me a birthday coupon. Mind you, I've NEVER been to Topgolf and therefore am 100% certain I haven't opted-in to being emailed. Is buying email lists still par for the course?! #EmailMarketing #consent

The excel skills I built in my CX Analytics days still come in handy today. Building pivot tables to manage changes for Salesforce fields is much easier than doing a bunch of manual checklists with no historical context. It's beautify when columns/rows line up just so.

My brain using cascading logic to visualize the "shape" of customer data. Data nerds, what are your favorite books/blogs/etc for describing data architecture and practical customer data/analytics problem solving?

Our flight attendant on my ORD to DEN flight should be acknowledged for her kindness today with a new mom. The newborn was crying hard during boarding. With a bit of kind encouragement she helped mom and baby find comfort and calm. United Airlines flight 2280

Google's Universal Analytics will be end of life in July, here's a quick summary of what to look forward to in Google Analytics 4. I recommend setting up GA4 before Google migrates everything for you. buff.ly/3lSWkUE

We need to kill "no-reply" email addresses. No message worth sending should channel block response, a proper reply-to sender should always be set.
