Small landlords, who are more likely to house people with low-incomes, are struggling to maintain and operate their properties without rental income. Eviction moratoriums are essential - and they must be paired with emergency rental assistance.

Rent is due on Sunday, and experts estimate that between 30 and 40 million people are at risk of eviction — or will be once they are no longer protected by an eviction moratorium. That could happen soon. bit.ly/3jF72ad
