Department for Education high quality RE only comes with secure and accurate subject knowledge. There are a lot of misconceptions about religion, and many controversial topics which need specialist training. Please rethink recent decision to stop Subject knowledge Enhancement courses

Factually incorrect for Department for Education to say they are “continuing to offer [SKE] funding in subjects with the biggest sufficiency challenges” when latest data shows #religiouseducation & Design & Technology Association sufficiency is worse than some of the chosen subjects NATRE ReThinkRE Campaign
