just thinking about how i’m still grateful for the life i have — despite things not always going my way, i have so much to be thankful for like the friends i can talk to, the moon in the sky, the fresh air i breathe when i go outside & the good meals i get to enjoy everyday

these past months just assured me how much social media and my phone destroy my nervous system...
