🐣 Happy Easter Monday! 🌼 Today, we're excited to share a special update from our kindergarten class. On the 7th day of egg hatching, our little explorers embarked on an egg-citing journey of discovery! They found some eggs already showing signs of life with tiny veins! 🥚🔦🌟

We learned how maple syrup is made and tried maple candy. Today, the students discovered maple tree sap on the playground and tasted it- it was sweet! What a fun learning experience! Cootes Paradise ES

We started a four-week activity- hatching eggs! We read the birthdays written on the eggs and counted 21 days on the calendar. The chicks are expected to hatch on April 14! We're excited to see the changes as we wait for the big day! Cootes Paradise ES

Ms. Speedie and Ms. Tang’s students are exploring the wonders of nature! 🐸 This week, they named their classroom tadpoles, and will be creating a mini marsh poster to capture their observations. Tomorrow, the learning continues with a discussion on the frog life cycle!
