Sometimes, we make trades when two teammates were meant to work together. Example: Would you rather be loving or wise?

Would you choose to be caring person or to be a decisive leader? Is there a way you could do both?

Would you rather feed a homeless person or feed a person's soul that was starving? Could you do both?

Our lives are often shaped by the trades we make and the tensions we choose to manage. The question is, have we done this intentionally?
