The #teens I have the privilege of working with aren't character-deficient. They're just overwhelmed by #career options and have cultural pressure telling them they needed to figure it out yesterday.

It's a creative day. Developing content around CRAN...the College Right Away Narrative. It bullies countless #teens into pursuing degrees without direction. Hate it.

The fallout of pursuing degrees without direction is incomprehensible but certainly involves a lot of wasted time, money, and effort. #KnowBeforeYoGo #LifeAfter12th

We need to focus on helping #teens discover facets of their innate design that matter for identifying an ideal fit. Wearing a size 12 wingtip or a size 12 work boot are both bad options if the person is actually a size 8! #LifeAfter12th

Wearing a size 12 wingtip or a size 12 work boot are both bad options if the person is actually a size 8! Arguing for college or trades is missing the point. We need to focus on helping young people understand their innate design and identify ideal job matches. #lifeafter12th
