Had a short break and now I’m back 🤍 Hello medtwt fam

Kahit short break lang, I am so happy that I got to spend quality time with my family. Now, time to make a plan on how to review for the upcoming season 🤍 One step at a time

Repeat Daily: I will remain focused on my goals. Even if I have a moment of difficulty, I will not give up. I know success comes with consistency. I know that I will make it. Things will get better. No problem or challenge will stop me. Everything I deserve is coming my way.

Here are 3 reasons why anyone struggling with studying in med school should start doing past exams: • To find out what topics are high-yield • To identify knowledge gaps and fill them • To reduce test anxiety by simulating actual exam conditions I firmly believe this.

When you recognize that life is a series of obstacles. Obstacles that, when approached calmly, offer the chance for you to learn and improve. You'll eventually find more happiness.
